Our apricot fruit spread is made with beautiful, picked at their peak Blenheim apricots - Blenheims are recognized on the Slow Food Ark of Taste for their taste and honeysuckle aroma. We add very little sugar and a dash or our own organic Meyer lemon juice to enhance their special sweet and tart flavor.
